"Felt misled by the payment process"
I thought checkout would be quick and straightforward, but it turned into a huge hassle. The payment page kept freezing, and my order showed as pending twice, so I had no idea if it actually went through or not. It took way too long to get any clarity, and the whole thing felt misleading and frustrating. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Sizing felt way off"
I ordered a size large hoodie, but it fits more like a small. At first I thought maybe I messed up and picked the wrong size or read the chart wrong, but I checked the size guide afterward and it still didn’t really make sense to me. I can’t comfortably wear it, and dealing with a return just feels like a hassle. Frustrating overall...

I ordered from Dirty Hit and, yeah, the packaging was not great. The record arrived in a really thin mailer with barely any protection, which is a bit worrying when it’s vinyl.
By the time it got to me, the corners were bent and the sleeve had a crease in it. Not exactly what you’re hoping for, especially when you’ve been waiting for it to show up.
I can’t really comment on customer service because I didn’t get into all that, but the packaging definitely needs improving. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort that out.

"I kind of expected the tracking…"
I kind of expected the tracking to be unreliable, it pretty much proved me right. It barely updated and didn’t give me any useful info about where my order actually was. Super frustrating

In my experience, ordering from dirtyhit.co.uk was frustrating because the delivery took much longer than I expected. I also didn’t feel like I got clear updates, so I was just left waiting and wondering when it would actually arrive. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Personally, I wouldn’t order again if the shipping is going to be like that...
"Refund has been a total hassle"
I asked for a refund weeks ago and it’s been such a pain. I got a couple of vague replies at first, then pretty much nothing after that. I keep having to chase them and still don’t have a clear date for when I’ll get my money back. Really poor way to handle a simple refund, I wouldnt order from them again.

I wanted to pick up a couple of things from Dirty Hit, but almost everything I was interested in was out of stock. I checked back a few times just in case, but nothing really changed. It’s a little frustrating seeing products listed when you can’t actually buy them, especially because I don’t love taking the chance of waiting around and then missing out completely. It’d be great if they kept the stock updates a bit more accurate

"Probably Not Worth It for Me"
I’m sure this just wasn’t worth the price for me. The item itself was okay, I guess, but once you add in shipping and the overall cost, it felt a bit hard to justify. Maybe it would make sense if the prices were lower, but as it is, I don’t think I’d order again.

"I really wanted this to be a simple…"
I really wanted this to be a simple, positive experience, but it turned into a bit of a headache. I had an issue with my order and at first I thought, okay, these things happen, it’ll get sorted. But the replies took so long, and when they did come through, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. One minute I was trying to stay patient, the next I was properly frustrated because it felt like I was just going round in circles. In the end, it still wasn’t fixed properly, which was really disappointing. I don’t think I’d order from dirtyhit.co again after this.

"Website made ordering way harder than it needed to be"
I tried ordering from dirtyhit.co.uk and just got fed up. The pages were loading slowly, my basket kept messing up, and even finding basic info felt like a chore. It felt like one of those sites where everything is automated but nothing actually helps when it goes wrong, which is so frustrating. I ended up giving up completely. They really need to sort it out

The shirt looked nice when I first tried it on, and the fit was good, but the material felt a bit cheap. After a short time, I noticed some of the stitching starting to come loose, which was disappointing. It’s okay for casual wear, but I’m not sure it’ll hold up very well.

"Nice sleeve, disappointing pressing"
I ordered a record from dirtyhit.co and the sleeve arrived totally fine, no real complaints there. The actual pressing, though, wasn’t great. There was a lot of crackle right from the first play, even after I gave it a clean, and side B had a small warp that made the tonearm wobble a bit. I know vinyl isn’t always perfectly silent, and a bit of surface noise can even feel kind of normal, but this was definitely more than I’d expect. For the price, I just thought the quality control would be better. Shipping was alright, so it’s not like the whole experience was terrible, but yeah, the record itself was the letdown.

"International shipping was a headache"
I ordered from outside the UK and the shipping was unreliable. The tracking barely updated, the parcel took way longer than I expected. I ended up having to chase them for information and even then the replies were vague. If you’re ordering internationally, I’d say it’s probably not worth the stress...

"A bit frustrating, but I got there in the end"
My payment kept failing for some reason, and my basket changed twice while I was trying to check out. It was annoying, to be honest. I did eventually manage to sort it, so I guess it was okay in the end, but the whole process could definitely have been smoother.
